OpenOffice / LibreOffice Writer allows you to type your letter and all the things that you do in the Microsoft Word. In this post, you will learn how to make text UPPER CASE and vice-versa. To change text case in Open Office Writer, you need to do to below steps.

Step 1. At first select the desired text.
Step 2. After that click Format in the menu bar and then click Change Case and then choose the desired option like Sentence case, lower case, UPPER CASE etc.
